Wailea area condos under $200
 

I've always stayed near Malaea (sp) Bay so am not familiar with Wailea. Any nice condos on the beach with 1 bdr for $200 or under/night? with parking? or, even Makena would do, but not Kihei.

I don't think you'll find a condo on the beach in Wailea at that price but have you considered a Wailea condo that's not on the beach. Grand Champions Villas has units on the golf course with part ocean views. Another choice is The Palms at Wailea.

Kihei has condos directly on the beach.Most of that oceanfront property in Wailea is in the hands of major hotels. The beaches in south Kihei are beautiful with excellent swimming and snorkeling(Kamaole I,II,II).You can oceanfront condos for less than $ 200.00 per night.

I suggest you take a look at vrbo.com It lists several Wailea condos for rent by owner at excellent prices.

To find a Wailea condo for rent directly thru the owner either put maui Wailea condo rental in any search engine or contact the office of the condo complex and ask if they have a list of owners who rent directly. I know for certain that Grand Champions Villas in Wailea will fax you a copy of their list of owners and rental agents who rent their units.
