Waikiki Parc Hotel? Marriott Ihilani? Anyone?
 
Looking for a good hotel to kick off my honeymoon for a couple of nights on Oahu. Any suggestions? Experiences?

You won't do any better than the Halekulani or Mandarin Oriental.

M...It would be most helpful to everyone if you would give your reasons for disliking the Ihilani. I've never stayed there but would like more information.

You're comparing apples to oranges here. The Ihilani is 30 miles west of Waikiki. Are you looking for solitude or the shopping and "cityness" of Waikiki and Honolulu? <BR> <BR>I agree that you can't do better than Halekulani on Waikiki Beach!
