Waikiki Internet Cafe

Okay, I know, when I'm on vacation I should just forget about the rest of the world. But I'm a full time on-line student and I need to check in on a couple of my classes while I'm gone. I don't have a laptop, so internet access in my hotel room does me no good. I'll need to pay a visit to an internet cafe. I can only find one place close to Waikiki -- Caffe Giovannini. Does anyone know of any others?

We used the Fishbowl Internet Cafe; located in a hotel lobby (can't remember hotel name), on Kuhio Avenue, in the heart of downtown Waikiki. Rates were around $5.00 per hour with discount coupons available in the local visitor magazines.

Most of the hotels now have "business centers", where anyone -- not just hotel guests -- can use computers, fax machines, etc. Some (but not all) have high-speed connections.

What is your closest intersection? North of Kuhio many streets have internet shops.

If you are at the Hawaiiana, walk down to the Outrigger Reef. There is a complex of shops and snack stands on the end of the hotel facing the park. There is an internet place in there that is reasonably priced.
