VooDoo Lounge or Top Of the World in Las Vegas
 

What one would you choose for sunset,drinks and dessert?

anyone?

either are good choices. what sort of vibe are you looking for?

romantic,not too wild and crazy. We will go early for sunset, and leave before 9pm.

We go to Vegas about 2-3 times a year and though we are not big fans of the Rio, we love drinks at the top of the Voodoo lounge..drinks are pricey but the view is incredible..
My husbands family had a big show at the Rio before Penn & Teller took over, so were always having fun there..
I wouldn't eat there..
Go to Alize at the Palms across the way or the Wynn..
We have the best time at the Wynn LV and the rooms and service are outstanding!

Mix at Mandalay Bay is another good possibility.

I've never been to TOTW but have had dinner and drinks at VooDoo several times and REALLY enjoyed it. The atmosphere is unique and very cool and the view cant be beat. I found their food to be excellent. One thing-if you get a seat next to the window bring a covr up...it can be chilly!

Drinks at the VooDoo are $$ but good. I think we had the Witch Brew LOL View is beautiful.

VooDoo is one of those places that thrives on "specialty drinks" for the price of a second mortgage. I drank my usual Dewars' Dry Robroys and they may have been the largest and best I had in Vegas -- and about the most reasonably priced. Order a fancy name drink and expect to pay for it. (Those paper umbrellas are expensive you know).
