We stayed at the Best Western-Antlers in Vernal last summer. Nice staff, clean rooms and discounted breakfast buffet at nearby rest. They offered a family room, which easily accomodated 2 adults and 3 children. There is also another BW that looked good. Rates were reasonable in this area. We felt 1 night was plenty of time.
Dinosaur was fantastic! Be sure to take the auto driving tour afterward - excellent petroglyphs and other sites.
