Venetian Pool

Hi all, I am going with my 21 year old son in the summer and wanted to know what everyone thought of the pool at the venetian? Is it nice? Is there sufficient shade? Any other recommendations for a 21 year old male as to what pool he would enjoy. Rooms need to be a good size.
thank you

Top pools in Vegas for a 21 year old male:

Hard Rock
Mandalay (Moorea Beach Club in particular)
Caesars is pretty nice but quieter
Rio is pretty good
Mirage is pretty good

Loki gives you a good list. Bear in mind: Access to pools is often strictly limited to resort guests-- without a key for each attendee, squatters will be shooed off or simply denied entry.

What a disappointment! From the title of the post I had assumed this was about one of the largest and most famous swimming pools in the world -- registerd on the list of Historic Places -- The Venetian Pool in Coral Gables, Florida. Kind of disappointing to find out it's only about another cement creation in Las Vegas.

Neo: I know-- that was my first thought....

Venetian pool(s)? Not very impressive--big square, all shallow water, frankly a little murky and overchlorinated last time I was there. Lots of kids (so maybe a 21 yr old would like a better vantage point, if that's the interest you want to indulge).
