Hi. <BR>Well that was very interesting. <BR>My original request for cheap seems to have been blown all out of proportion. <BR>It's not that i don't have any money but after paying over a $2000 for my trip to the states it was a general enquiry for good quality food at a reasonable cost. <BR>After previous visits to the states i was appalled to find out how much meat the americans consume and don't see why i should pay over the odds for a meat subsistute. <BR>Many thanks to all the replies to my message. <BR>Corby

There's a very inexpensive Indian Restaurant on Geary in the Richmond...around 2nd or 3rd..southern side of Geary. Can't remember the name, but the food is very good. Great vegetarian curries. And...I don't recall if anyone mentioned it, but there's a vegetarian dim-sum place on Grant just off washington. It's a hole-in-the-wall. Cheap, cheap prices...lots of unusual non-meat dim-sum.
