Vegetarian options in Vegas
My SO and I will be going to Vegas in a few weeks (his first time, amazingly enough), and I'm trying to find some good vegetarian options, since he doesn't eat meat or fish (eggs and dairy are ok). I know that the buffets have lots of variety, but I'm hoping to find a place or 2 that would have good veggie entrees. Any recommendations? I'm thinking something nice but not crazy expensive -- $20-$25 for mains seems to be a reasonable range. Thank you!

I hope someone has experience with one or more of the 7 that showed up on Google for LV. |
B&B Ristorante in the Venetian Hotel is not veg but it support's Meatless Monday Campaign.

Where are you staying?
I've never had a problem finding a vegetarian meal in Vegas. My favorite veg meal was at Andre's (Caesars Palace) and my favorite veg cheap/lunch meal is at Burger Bar. |
Some vegetarian family members just stayed at the Wynn Encore. They said that they had superb vegetarian food there. Apparently Steve Wynn has become a vegan and all his restaurants--in that resort at least--offer vegan and vegetarian menus.

Vegas is one of the top dining destinations in the U.S. these days. Like any big city, you'll find most restaurant menus offer a few choices for all.

Thanks, everyone, I'm looking at those reviews! Wynn Encore does seem promising. We're staying at the Excalibur, but aren't attached to eating there.
@Clarkgrisworld, actually, from what I remember of my visits over the last 3-4 years, Vegas (especially on the Strip) is not very veggie friendly. Many of the restaurants have veggie sides, but there are a fair number that have no (or, at best, 1) veggie main. |
Urbanspoon has a nice list.

A vegan blogger who has some useful info...you can search "las vegas" on her blog.
http://www.quarrygirl.com/ Also, of course, as you would know, any of the Italian restaurants have legitimate vegetarian entrees (as opposed to many restaurants that would just have the side dish types of offerings.) |

Typically any Italian restaurant and most indian or east asian will have a couple of vegetarian choices.
