Vegas Pools
 

Questions regarding getting into Vegas pools. I know most hotels only allow hotel guests access to the pool. Well I have had friends that had stayed at various hotels within the last 2 months and still have their keys. Will just showing these keys get into pools at say Mandalay for example or do they swipe the card at the pool entrance? Thanks for any input.

I would think that hotels are wise enough to take precautions against this sort of action by lowlifes!

The will swipe your card at MB...many have tried and it doesn't work...it just holds up the line.

if you want to use the pool at Mandalay Bay, then stay at Mandalay Bay. The pools get crowded enough without people trying to sneak their way in. And Mandalay Bay does swipe the key - each person must have his or her own key.

Thanks for the info. I am staying at Mandalay Bay, but have friends at the Aladin. I was hoping we could get together during the days at one of our pools. Now I know not to even try.

Sorry about that. I thought you were trying to cheap out and still take advantage of MB's pool. Not all hotels swipe your room key, but MB definitely does.
