Vegas-Passport for nightclubs

Has anybody bought a Vegas-Passport? Where you pay about $100 and you don't have to pay cover or wait in line at the nightclubs in Vegas. Seems like a good deal to me considering the lines and cover charges at the clubs, can anyone comment on their experience with it? Thanks!

If it's legitimate, then I'd say go for it. $25 was the cover charge per person at all the clubs that we wanted into. The clubs that don't charge $25 aren't bad, but they're not as popular, either. And, I conclude with a quote from Niles Crane (Frasier TV) "Popularity is the hallmark of mediocrity".

It depends where you want to go. If you want Rain or Ghost Bar at The Palms, then definately get the pass. You don't need them as much at other clubs.
On a recent trip, I got into 54 at the MGM with a 15 minute wait (Thursday night). An hour later there was no line, though there was a good crowd inside. Rum Jungle also had a short wait on a Saturday. I did have a pass last year for Rain and it still took about a half hour to get in, which was much better than the huge line of people without passes. It all depends on where you want to go.
