The current temperature is 63 degrees (8:10 pm, local time), the sky is almost clear, and Virgina was right on with the temperature ranges for this time of year.

I'm not a local, but for what it's worth, I think if you're going to spend the majority of your time at night INSIDE, it almost doesn't matter how cold it is outside. In fact, throughout the winter, I still don't pack anything more than a light wrap for evening wear, because usually at night, we just go from hotel room, down to the car - to the restaurant for dinner - then back to a casino for gambling and then back to the hotel. I have worn evening dresses without a coat even in January and will wear opened-toe shoes (because, heck, they go with the pretty dress LOL) and forget that it's in the 40's outside. Oftentimes, I don't even bother with the wrap or cardigan, because if I'm going to be gambling indoors, the casinos are always so well-heated, that I end up too hot to wear the sweater anyway.
