Vegas Hotel -- Mirage vs. TI vs. Venetian

Looking for a hotel for Spet. 26-29. I think my three choices are down to:

- Treasure Island ($447)
- Mirage ($440 or $507 depending on room -- using discount from smartervegas.com)
- Venetian ($727)

Opinions on which is the best value?

Any idea how to beat these prices?

This is three nights or four? With Friday and Saturday night included, it sounds pretty good, even if for only three nights total.

I've stayed at both Treasure Island and Mirage, and thought Mirage was MUCH nicer, so at those prices, I'd say Mirage is a much better value.

The Venetian is much nicer than the Mirage (IMHO, of course), which is MUCH nicer than TI. Whether the Venetian is worth $200+ more to you is, of course, a decision only you can make.

I am on board with all the opinions so far. Mirage is better than TI; Venetian is better than Mirage. Venetian's rooms are the largest. Every room is suite size. But, you pay for what you get.

I guess it depends on what you'll be doing in Vegas and how much you expect to use the amenities of the hotel.

If you're like a typical tourist, you'll be out and about for most of the day and only at the hotel to sleep. If that's the case, then I would say that the Mirage gives you the best bang for the buck.

The Venetian is just across the street, and you can visit to see the casino, visit the mall, check out the restaurants, etc.

If you want to impress yourself or somebody else, pick the Venetian. Otherwise go with the Mirage.
