Vegas dinner recommendations

Hi all-going to Mystere in Vegas, staying at Venetian, dressing up for the show...need nice restaurant recommendation (in vicinity of TI) for pre or post show-not sure which yet. Thanks!

I can highly recommend the revolving restaurant at the top of the Stratosphere Tower. I think it's called View or Room at the Top. Not sure but call the Stratosphere and they will be able to advise, Best to check out sunset times and aim to get a table at that time. Food and service are excellent!

The Stratosphere is too far to walk. If you want close, stick to TI, Mirage, Venetian, maybe Caears.

I ate at BB a few years back and really had a great dinner. Very classic fare. Lobster Bisque was fantastic!

Try to get a table with a view of the Pirate Battle!

It has to be Mon Ami Gabi - ask for a table on the terrace - full view of the bellagio dancing fountains every 15 mins. So many good restuarants in LV, but this was my favourite.

I'll say Red Square. It is something a bit different but has a great atmosphere & food as well. Andres if you want something more traditional.

Have to comment on the recommendation for the top of the world restaurant at the Stratosphere. I went last year and yes, the view is nice, but the food is very average and not worth the price. Also, to get to the restaurant you have to walk through their carnival/mall areas. As I remember several floors of stores selling such items as dancing hula girl dash board dolls. Vendors were in front of the stores trying to pull you in.

That said, there is a really nice italian restaurant in the Venetion along the canal, I think it is called Canelleto. Also, very nice italian rest. at Ceasars, Terrazas (I think). For a great steak try Coyote Cafe in MGM.

Hands down the best restaurant in Vegas is Aqua at the belagio.
Expensive, but worth it.

We enjoyed the Samba Grill at the Mirage. It's Brazilian, and the buffet is $29 per person, and they come around to your table with big skewers of meat and you can either accept or reject. It's festive and nice too. They had around 3 different types of prepared steaks to choose from, and salmon, and chicken and pork. Very, very good. Also, they give you black beans and rice and veggies and salad (as much of all of the dishes as you'd like)
Cocktails were good too. And then you can just hope the tram to Treasure Island.
Mon Ami Gabi is excellent, and I too second sitting on the terrace to view the Bellagio water show. HOwever, everyone out there was smoking when we were there, so if you're not a smoker, beware the smoke!
Buccaneer Bay was good too.
Onda was way too expensive.
