Vanderbilt Inn? (north of Naples)

Does anyone know its status? I believe it was being renovated but haven't been able to find any recent reviews.
Thanks.

The little motel-style Vanderbilt Inn? It's torn down. In its place is a condo blocking the view of the Gulf from other condos behind it.

Thanks, Scotia.
I had heard it was badly damaged a few years ago when Florida had that awful hurricane season.

Huh? No, I don't think so. There was no major damage that I ever heard of during any of that to Vanderbilt Inn or others along there.

But yes, Vanderbilt Inn was torn down at least a year ago for more major development.

Glad I misheard. That area is one of my favorites.
