Hi there! Stay in Wailea if you're able...it's so lush, safe, close to all amenities...really beautiful. We stayed at week at an Ekahi condo and had the most wonderful time. It's quite, close to the beach etc. Kihei is a short 10 min ride away for groceries, etc.

Try CyberRentals , HomeAway , A1vacation or GreatRentals and then go to Maui section - you should find something. Not sure what price range or what your needs are - but no harm to check them out.

Also check out www.mauiownercondos.com. They have a bunch of nice units (I'd recommend clicking on "Ekahi") - and you save a bunch by renting directly from the owner.
