My mother has used them a number of times to fly from Florida to PA. She seems very happy with them.

thanks so much for your quick response! i have never heard of them and was nervous to book w/them (they have the flight-arrival time and price that i am looking for)--but wanted feedback before i went ahead and booked them!

I have used them to fly to Punta Cana and Cancun. On time flights--NO lost luggage. What more can you ask for these days.

The first time we used them, which was a few years ago, they didn't even have their own ticket counter at Detroit Metro. We had to search for their cardboard sign and they checked us in manually with a clipboard. I'm sure this has changed by now. The staff on the ground and in the plane was friendly and there were no glitches. Their routes and flying times are very limited, but if those work for you their rates can't be beat.

I have heard that they fly for cruise lines. Thus you will get odd flying times as the best times are for cruise passengers.

That was the rumor. Don't know how much truth there is to it.

Actually they fly charter flights for Apple Vacations which can also account for some odd flight times.

If they fly at a time when it is convenient for you then it isn't "odd."
