US-35 in Ohio

We will be traveling West from VA through W VA and then into Ohio on US-35. Is this a 4 lane divided highway? Anything to see or do along US-35?

Thank you

After you cross the bridge into Ohio, it looks like 4 lane for a few miles then 2 lane alternating with 4 lane. Looks like about 2/3 4 lane. Any interest in seeing the Bob Evans farm near the end of the first stretch of 4 lane?
Are you going all the way to Dayton?

It does go back & forth but is mostly 4 lane & an easy drive - depends on what you are looking for as I grew up in SE Ohio & went to school in Dayton as well as how far you wish to venture off 35.

It is a nice drive--beautiful rolling countryside with several lovely old farmhouses. VERY lightly travelled, and a good road.

You will be going right through Point Pleasant and could stop and see the Mothman statue. It's quite a sight. There was a movie made about the Mothman and events in the area starring Richard Gere.
