Hey Julies, It has been a while since I have been back to Charleston but you might want to try and find out if Dean & Deluca is in the area. Charleston would be a perfect location (they have 2 here in Charlotte, NC which is not far).

Fresh Market is very good too....very good meats and products, etc.
