upscale good restaurant brewster, orleans, chatham

We have to entertain a couple we've never met. I'd like a recommendation for a nice restaurant in the Brewster, Orleans or Chatham area.

Not sure how "nice" (expensive) you want to be, but Chillingsworth in Brewster is generally regarded as the best restaurant in the area, with prices to match.

Forgot to mention when posting earlier - what used to be in the Inn of the Yankee Fisherman near the rotary at the east (north? - I always get turned around in that area of the Cape) end of Orleans changed hands a couple years ago and I've had some very nice meals there - I believe it's called the Orleans Inn now. Not Chillingsworth by any means, but not nearly as expensive either.

Chillingsworth is everything Dick said it was but it won't open until sometime in May, and even the best Cape Cod restaurants need a few weeks to get the kinks out after being closed all winter.

The Captain Linnell House on the road to Skaket beach in Orleans is open all year and was voted most romantic restaurant by Cape Cod Life readers.

The Chatham Bars Inn main dining room is also open year round and praised by many. The view from the lobby/porch where you can have a cocktail before dinner will knock their socks off.
