upperscale condos in maui
 

Looking for a nice, upperscale condo in Maui with pool, beachfront, and some nice atmosphere. STayed 2 years in a row on bi at islands at mauna lani and looking for something comparable. Ideas? tks!

Look into the Ka'anapali Ali'i

Royal Palm Grove, Ironwoods or Bay Villas at Kapalua.

Polo Beach Club in Wailea.

Makena Surf in Makena.

If you are considering the Polo Beach Club, be sure to ask lots of questions. I am there now and there is construction going on both in the building and at a new construction site next door. It doesn't affect the drope dead gorgeous view, but the noise can be annoying, especially at 7 in the morning!

My favorite is the Makena Surf - buildings E or F. Direct oceanfront/low rise. Great little beach out front. These condos generally sell for close to $2mil, so they would definitely be considered "upscale".

you have been given some great properties...I highly recommend Polo Beach Club and Makena Surf...if you are staying longer (30+ days) Wailea Point cannot be beat (but it is breathtakingly expensive)...I think the Wailea area is much more upscale than Kaanapali... if beach and sun is not a big deal to you, also check out the nice condos at Kapalua's golf courses...(Ironwood?)
