Update on our Marriott challenges
As promised, I'm able to provide the fodor-ites with the response from the Marriott we stayed in while traveling in London. After sending a rather scathing letter about our disappointment in both the hotel & their lag in their response time (one month, instead of the week they promised) Marriott has graciously refunded a portion of our points. I have stayed in a variety of Marriott properties, and even with this hiccup, they remain one of the most courteous and customer service oriented hotels. While I wouldn't recomment the Grovesnor House now, I'm sure it will be great once the rennovations are complete.
