UNIVERSAL STUDIOS
My husband and I will be staying at Universal Royal Pacific Resort for business and will have 2 days free for Universal Studios. Will this take 2 full days; if not what would anyone suggest for the rest of the time? Since this is such a limited time I want to fill it with all I can. Thanks!

no way- one day is plenty! Drive into malibu or up the coast- maybe even hollywood if you are in to the touristy thing- you could also do beverly hills- You could do a morning drive out to malibu, see santa monica beverly hills, sunset blvd etc- or you could do hollywood farmers market for lunch see hollywood highland where the oscars are etc.have fun. do universal early- I find it borning and maybe youd have your evening free!

I think twobees is talking about Universal Orlando since that's where the Royal Pacific Resort is. If you truly want to enjoy the parks (there are two at Universal Orlando), you will need two days. The parks have great theming that you will miss if you just rush through. The rides are great and so are a lot of the shows. Take your time and enjoy. Staying at the Royal Pacific will give you express access to all the attractions.

It depends on what time of year you go. If it's busy season, you'll want two full days if you want to really see both parks. If it's off-season, you can do both parks in one day very easily. But assuming you're going sometime between now and September, I'd say plan on doing two parks.

The great thing about staying in the hotel is they give you VIP tickets to the park (you get to ride everything, wihtout having to do any lines) which is great and it will cut you otherwise all day to doo park into half of the time you could probably do the park in the morning and maybe go shopping? they have the Beltz outlets which are great.

You may also want to enjoy the beautiful, relaxing pool at the Royal Pacific. There is also City Walk which is in between the two Universal parks. It is a shopping/restaurant/entertainment area. You can walk to the parks and City Walk from the resort. They do have water taxis from the resort to City Walk if you don't want to take the lovely stroll though.
