Just got an e-mail from Travelzoo about United's fare sale.

I've pasted it below in case anyone is interested:

NATIONWIDE--DECEMBER 27, 2005-- United Airlines this morning
announced one of its biggest sales of the year. Over 15,000
routes are on sale, including all U.S. and most worldwide
destinations.

You can fly from January 10-March 8 (or through March 31 on
international routes). Fares start at $39 each way, and you
must book by January 10.

Does this look different than what you anticipate for your area this time of year?

There are some good rates for international travel from New Orleans, although unfortunately we won't be traveling abroad anytime soon.

This website if a good crutch when you can't go anytime soon huh mah?

I never admit to myself that I won't be traveling any time soon :) .

I just bought Chicago to Fort Meyers for $128 yesterday (direct flight). That is the cheapest I have gotten in years to that airport!
