Under 25 Car Rental - Oahu
 

I was wondering if anyone knows of any under 25 car rental locations in Oahu that do not charge a surcharge if you are over 21?

Your best bet for accurate info would be to call the various car rental agencies (800 #) and see what their policies are. They may vary from what the mainland policies are.

I used Enterprise Rent-A-Car this past summer when I went to Oahu and was not charged a under 25 fee (I am 23). However, I don't think they will allow you to rent a car if you are under 21. The agency I used was on 445 Seaside Ave in Honolulu, (808) 591-1449.

ens....Enterprise will allow under age rentals with no fee.But, you can only rent economy thru full size cars.It was never a problem for me.

keep in mind that through all rental places, no matter your age, there is a large deposit. if you use your debit card, they actually take the money out and put it back on, credit they just put a hold and i know at enterprise, it's $250, other's its only 100
