Tucson sunset drinks

Staying in the Catalina foothills area and looking for a nice place to have a drink and watch the sunset. Ideas? Thanks

JW Marriott Starr Pass. We stayed there and really enjoyed their evening tequila salute:

Stay for dinner, nice restuarants.\

I seem to remember the Westward Look has a nice view from their bar - but it's been many years,

Almost anywhere in north Tucson. Try Hacienda Del Sol ( my favorite), Loews Ventana, Westward, Westin at La Paloma.

The JW Marriott is not at all close to the Catalina foothills.

La Paloma.

I really like Star Pass patio, but historytraveler is right on, it's a long drive.

We stayed at LaPaloma for a night before we moved to Starr Pass. I don't remember it being all that long a drive. How long are you talking??

It's about twenty minutes. Not a drive I'd do after a couple of drinks. The JW Marriott is a nice place and great for drinks if staying there but maybe not the best choice if one is nearer the Catalina foothills.
