Not sure I’m posting in the right place BUT looking for your favorite Mexican restaurants in Tucson! Thank you!

Tucson is the self-described “Mexican Food Capital of the US”. Hopefully, someone will have a personal recommendation. If not Yelp will rate them and list customer reviews.

We are partial to the El Charro Cafe - the original location, downtown. Specifically, the carne seca dishes. We make sure to include a visit anytime we get to Tucson. https://www.elcharrocafe.com/

This is probably too late for the OP but for others, we live in Tucson and highly recommend El Torrero,.
