I really need some feedback on the best tours out of San Francisco to wine country. Help!!

I don't have an answer for you but have you thought about renting a car, driving up and visiting various wineries. It's a quick and pretty drive.

Wine and Driving. Doesn't sound right. I plan on taking 2-3 days and driving down the coast towards L.A. after.

you can always do the napa train if you plan to drink....more than taste I mean. I know it's not sonoma unless there's a sonoma train I didn't know about.

maria_so: This thread is more than a week old - and since then the OP has posted different plans. It seems he has changed plans and they are going to drive and stay overnight in the area instead of touring up from SF . . . . .

hey janisj. yeah, i saw another thread where OP was asking about the coast trip but I thought they were still doind wine country still?
