I'm sure they have some penthouses that are what you are looking for but they will be outragiously expensive at the Diplomat. The beach there is kind of bad also.

Check out The Greenbriar Beach Resort four blocks south. Almost positive they have two bedrooms and I know they have full kitchens.

The Diplomat rooms have coffeemakers & mini bars, and fridges are available for rental...but the hotel is already sold out mid-march.
