Trip report: girls trip to Sonoma/Napa/Yountville

Every year my girlfriends and I go on a trip (without our husbands and kids!). Even though none of us drink alcohol, this year we picked Sonoma/Napa because it's close by. We focused on restaurants and a spa visit.

I wrote a trip report with our itinerary, photos, and food costs:

Hope it gives you some ideas!

It would be nice if you posted it here as well as on your blog. Many people will not click through to look at your blog.

Thank you, everyone! It was so nice to get away even thought it was only for a few days. I'm already looking forward to next year's trip. Always looking for ideas from other fellow travelers to please feel free to recommend one of your favorite spots!

lindygirl, you guys might like Portland, OR. It is a fun city with a young vibe.
Sedona, AZ might also be a relaxing place, with a side trip to Tucson.
Austin, TX is also a great city with a good foodie scene, lots of outdoor activities.

@nanabee - we've discussed Sedona, AZ before. A yoga/spa retreat sounds wonderful and prepared healthy meals. Not sure we'd get up super early but at least we wouldn't have to cook or figure out where to go/what to do. :)
Love Portland, OR and we've all been there a few times. One of the Connies lived there for a while (and Seattle). But I'm always game to return - the food scene is great.
Austin, TX is also fun - I was only there for SXSW once so I barely scratched the surface. I think we would enjoy that!
Thanks for your great suggestions!!
