Treasure Island dining?
Has anyone tried Kahunaville at the Treasure Island? What did you think of it; how was the food? They say they have bartenders that perform has anyone seem them? Thanks

Sorry I missed putting in a location for this question. It is in Vegas.

I've had drinks at Khahunaville and hung out for a while there. It's a jumping place with music and periodic dancing bartenders on a small stage. I wouldn't go out of my way to stop there, but if you're in the area it's worth an hour or so.

Food was just OK. Bar had karoke (sp) and it was fun watching the drunks - but you could see that just standing outside in the hall.

Kahunaville is Treasure Islands answer to the Hard Rock Cafe/Mandalay Bay crowd. Specifically designed to lure in the younger crowd. The restaurant and bar also doubles as the poolside food service.

It's grill food and drinks, plain and simple. Nothing to get excited about. And the "showtenders" (they're word, not mine) seem to be getting a lot of billboard coverage, but I don't think they're THAT good.

The Parrot Pie is delicious.

Kahunaville is a fun way to spend an evening. Those "showtenders" are amazing! So talented! You can also get a souvenir glass when you buy a cocktail -- good drinks!
