Hi Tess--Do you by any chance know the name of the inn located in the Carmel Point area--not Lincoln Green Inn? We rent usually rent a house on the Point for long stays and stay at Mission Ranch, if it is just for the weekend. However, Mission Ranch is booked with a wedding on the weekend we want, so I was trying to remember --if I ever knew it-- of the inn that is on Bay View or Ocean View , I think. Thanks

I think you mean The Green Lantern, maybe.

Thanks Cabo, that's not it. The Green Latern is not in the Point area. I believe you might be thinking of the Lincoln Green Inn on Carmelo. Green Latern in Ocean Avenue area.

I would go to the Carmel website and they will have all the hotels listed.

Thanks Cabo--it is the Sandpiper on Bay View!! We really like the Point area, because it is away from Ocean Avenue, and we love the walk from Carmel River Beach to Carmel Beach.

SAB, we have stayed at the Sandpiper Inn, it is very nice. ***kim*** ((f))

Thanks for the recommendation Kim-but I have discovered like many places in Carmel it is not suitable for a non couple, i.e. I don't feel like sharing a bed with my sister!!!
