Traveling with diabetes
 

My 22-year-old sister has been living with Type 1 diabetes since the age of 10. We are traveling to Las Vegas in two weeks. She has not flown since September 11th. Does she need proof of medication from a doctor to carry syringes and insulin in her carry on luggage? Thanks

I know there are a number of diabetic chatrooms. I spent a little time at the one bookmarked below, but found I'd rather "chat" about travel than diabetes!
