Travel Agents and my trip report

Hi. I'm trying to plan a retirement for about 10 people for 2 weeks next winter. It will be in the Mayan Riviera . How do I find someone who specializes in this area? I know I can do it myself, but I don't WANT to! I will also post on the Mexico board. Our vacation was great and I will tell more later. I'm too pooped to type more now, but it WAS great traveling with a baby and there were A LOT of kids also traveling with their families. Surprisingly, at our first stop at the Rio in Vegas there were kids GALORE. Not annoying ones, I'd just see them always waiting at the elevators.

"I know I can do it myself, but I don't WANT to!"

Pickles, how old are you, 12?

Pick up the phone book and start calling travel agents.

Whiner, how old are you? 11? I can see that someone might not want to do the planning, and have the other 9 people busting chops for anything that went wrong.

Sounds like Pickles is dealing with a group, rather than immediate family, so I would check first with organizers of group travel (to that area) rather than just "any" travel agent.
