Travel Agencies in New York reliable

Hello
We will be in New York for half of June and from there we would like to tour to Boston, Montreal, City of Quebec, Ottawa, Thousand Miles, Toronto and Niagara Falls and back in New York. Length about 7 days. I can not find a travel agency that can speak with a person. They are almost all impersonal sites that have no phone, no physical address, is like sending money and then pray that no one be scammed ( I learned some cases) Could someone recommend us agency in New York for a trip like the one explained before?
It would be very good to have tours with guide in Spanish but not necessary.
We were very grateful for your response.

If you have 7 days there is no way you can get to all of the places on your list. (I assume y our time in new york city is separate). These places are too far and in too many different directions. Even flying all you would have time to do is fly to each place, have 1/2 of a day and fly again first thing the next morning.

By train, car or bus - you would do noting bet travel from one place to another - with no time for sightseeing at all.

I fear you have grossly underestimate how far apart things are and how long it will take to get from one to another. (From Niagara falls - canadian side - is about 8 hours except by air.)

So - no travel agent can do this for you.

If you tell us which of these is most important - and if you would travel be car or plane (bus is possible but not very pleasant and train not really practical) people can make suggestions.

As for travel agents - you usually have to pay them to crate a trip for you - either a flat fee or by the hour. The only things they do without that fee are cruises of fixed tours. If you do want a group tour - I would google tours for NY, Boston an Canada and see what turns up.

You might want to consider a cruise that covers New England and Canada.

I agree with Happytourist's recommendation for a Canada/New England cruise. You won't be able to visit all the places you listed, but we did a 7-night cruise like this last summer which began in Montreal and visited Quebec, Prince Edward Island, Sydney (Nova Scotia), Halifax (Nova Scotia), Bar Harbor (Maine) and Boston. It is an easy and affordable (especially if you book an interior room) way to see these amazing places. Our cruise was on Holland America Line, but other cruise lines travel this route as well.

I find that Cruise Critic is a great resource for finding cruises (and finding out about cruises if you are new to it.)

I'm a bit confused. Why do you want a travel agent in NYC? If you want to book a guided bus tour, you would do better booking that in your country of origin, especially if you want a Spanish-speaking tour.

Trafalgar offers such a tour, for example. What you'll probably do is to fly from NYC to Toronto and then pick up the tour. But I doubt very seriously if any of these would include Boston, so I think you're going to have to mark that off your list. It's about 300 miles too far east.

Hi Pam - I'm shocked that you are wanting to travel to 7 different places in 7 days. You won't have any fun. You'll be exhausted and cranky. I don't think it is even possible to cover all those places in 7 days.

Try contacting STAtravel.com
They have an office on Broadway, and are an international, reputable company. I always book my flights through them and they helped me in the UK for my trip to Thailand and booked it all for me, for free.

They tend to deal more with students and backpackers (as far as I know) but they are definitely not limited to that clientele. You can call, email, book an appointment to see them in store or alot of the time you can just walk in.
Worth a look for sure.
