Transportation other than car from PVD to Boston

Is there a way to get to downtown Boston from Providence airport, other than driving? Is there a shuttle service?

bonanzabus.com - all sorts of bus schedules, fares, etc. Boston-Providence-Logan-TF Green, etc.

You can also take Amtrak for a few stops from Providence into South Station in Boston. (But it may be more expensive than the bus line)

I think the Boston's "T"/commuter rail goes as far as Attleboro MA (which is just over the RI line), so if you can get to Attleboro, you can get into Boston by train too.

The Amtrak - most expensive, and the MBTA (which goes as far south at Providence's Amtrak Station) and the Bonanza bus *ALL* go to South Station in Boston.

Since you can board Bonanza right at TFGreen, why bother with additional transfers?

Not all MBTA commuter trains go all the way to Providence, those that don't end at S Attleboro.

As rb says, Amtrak and the MBTA Commuter Rail both serve the train stations in Boston and in Providence.

But since TF Green Airport is several miles south, in Warwick, you'd have to take a bus from the airport to the train station in Providence, so you might as well take the Bonanza bus the whole way.
