Transportation from PDX to Salem
 

Hi,
I will be flying into PDX on May 25 (Thursday) and my flight is scheduled to arrive at 8:24 am.
I have been trying to find a shuttle or a bus to take me to Salem. I found city2city but their schedule shows the next shuttle leaving at 11:05 am and the Hut leaving at 8:45 am.
In previous trips to Oregon I haven't had trouble getting out of the airport quickly (I travel w only a backpack so no luggage issues) however a 20 minute window is tight and the next shuttle is 10:45am �� The Hut requires a previously reserved ticket so I can't wait and see if I can catch it.
So what I am hoping is someone might have other options for me to look into on leaving PDX sooner than 10:45am?

The 5517 Amtrak bus leaves the Portland Amtrak station at 10:40. You take the TriMet red line train from right outside baggage claim. I think you have to transfer from the light rail to a bus that will drop you about 3 blocks from the train station. You might have a chance to grab a breakfast somewhere along the line.
The Amtrak bus takes exactly an hour to get to Salem.

There is Omni Shuttle.

I have heard of the Bolt bus-- never used so no info on that.

I think the Amtrak bus is very doable- you could even Uber to the train station.

And then there is a new shuttle service starting up.
