The CTA Blue Line runs only to the loop from ORD. The trip takes around an hour.
Metra Trains which run less frequently go either to Ogilvie Station in West Loop or north to Antioch from O'Hare.
When you reach downtown, you'd have to go to Union Station for the train to Aurora. The train to Geneva leaves from Ogilvie so you'd just buy a ticket and board your outbound train in the same building if you took the Metra train in. The outbound trip would be about 1 hour 40 minutes on either line. You can check Metra schedules and fares at www.metrarail.com.
American Taxi (www.americantaxi.com) operates on a flat-rate to the farther suburbs from O'Hare. It would run about $50 and take about 45-60 minutes.

The only train out of O'Hare is a CTA subway train into the city.
You could take the train to Clinton, get off there, and take the suburban train system, called Metra (www.metrarail.com) to one of those places. But it will take a while.
