If for whatever reason you insist on Dearborn departure to Chicago - bus only www.greyhound.com, BUT if you're willing to change plans and depart from Detroit then yes, you can do trains. Chicago-Denver is very much doable on a train.

Have fun planning.

The train that departs Detroit, The Wolverine, stops in Dearborn en route to Chicago. The station is near Michigan Avenue and Greenfield Road, behind the police station.

I stand corrected.

It is possible to do Dearborn-Chicago-Denver by train.

The Dearborn Amtrak station is at 16121 Michigan Ave.
The #353 Wolverine to Chicago leaves at 11:50AM every day.
There is also a late train that get into Chicago about midnight.
Have a great trip on the CA Zephyr out of Chicago.
