Train travel alert
 

<BR>Just wanted to inform those who travel by train that the FBI has issued a warning that terrorists might target trains, bridges and railways. It pointed out that the terrorists would probably disguise themselves as Westeners to try to avoid detection. Not much we can do except keep an eye out.

Yes you are right, I also heard this a.m. on my way into work.

Don't drive over bridges. Don't use subways. Don't use the railways. Guess we all have to sit home until the war on terrorism ends - which may be never.

That's hilarious, AmtrakGal, but too true. And I LOVE Amtrak. Maybe I'll rent a Viewliner car so I can hide under the bed til the terrorists go home.

My husband works for the UP and they have had these warnings ever since 9/11 - I wouldn't change any plans.
