My favorite is the St. Regis. I have been there many times and it is always wonderful with impeccable service.

i also recommend Lady Mendl's at the Inn At Irving Place ... as compared to the plaza :)

I've had afternoon tea at the st. regis and the london. You simply cannot beat the feel and service of the st. regis, but i have to say, i enjoyed the actual food better at the London .
