TPA limo/shuttle to Sarasota
 

Does anyone know about airport shuttles or limos from TPA to Sarasota? I will stay on Siesta Key and could meet a family member at a Sarasota drop-off location.
Cost would be helpful, if anyone knows.
I will arrive (hopefully) at TPA at 6PM, Saturday. I will return the following Friday for an afternoon flight.

We are having a New England snowstorm, as I write. Florida is looking mighty good!

There have been a few posts in the past asking this same question about shuttles to Sarasota. I don't think there is one but there are shuttles that serve the St. Pete/Clwr. beaches. I think your best source for this answer will be major hotels in Sarasota such as the Ritz Carlton. They will definitely have the answer for you and may actually have their own shuttles to Tampa (but I doubt it -- Sarasota has an airport and people going there usually go through Sarasota). And please post if you find a shuttle because it will be very helpful information for others.

Tandoori_girl, thanks for your quick response. I did try to research this board, but maybe didn't dig deeply enough. I suppose most folks do fly into Sarasota. I will travel during the school vacation week in New England, when many people flee the North. No such thing as reasonable airfares between smaller airports. I had to take what I could get. Of course, any savings on airfare may be spent on ground transport. Oh well!

Thanks to all! I called stexps.com and was glad to learn that there is a 7:45 PM weekend shuttle not listed on the website. Bluesky will be a back up plan.
