Town of Sonoma - day spa recommendation?

Can anyone recommend a good day spa in the Town of Sonoma?

sf--the only one I have been to is the Sonoma Mission Inn, which was quite a while ago (and expensive). It was too upscale for me!!! I hear Osmosis is quite nice, but it's not in the town of Sonoma

I don't want too upscale or too too pricey either -- more like the Marriott of day spas I'll look at Osmosis.

Hey sf---I just talked to the friend who has been to Osmosis, she found it to be very restful BUT it is not in the town of Sonoma, its out towards the coast, west of Santa Rose. Maybe R5 who I believe lives in Sonoma will chime in.

There is a spa at The Lodge @ Sonoma called Raindance. The SMI spa is very low-key. They offer hundreds of treatments there in a relaxed and friendly environment. The Watsu pool there is very cool with piped in underwater music. ***kim***

Not in Sonoma but Kenwood ( a little north on Hwy 12): Kenwood Inn and Spa. Yes, it is upscale, but very very comfortable, personable, friendly - not pretentious in the least. We stayed there but did not use the spa facilities; however, other guests said it was wonderful. If you go to the spa you are considered a day guest and have full use of all the pools and various facilities. It is very very relaxed, private, and friendly, yet unobtrusive.

Thanks for all the recs. We decided not to go yesterday because the weather was lousy. We'll go the next weekend day that the sun is shining!
