The sad thing is that even though the original material was probably too long to actually get posted, I can imagine what it says. We've all had airline flights from hell. This person had a REALLY bad experience on USAirways, me on American, friends on United or Delta. It's all the same and not really worth complaining about...just part of air travel in the US, circa 2001, I'm afraid!
