Topsail NC wedding
 

My son is planning his wedding on Topsail beach...any suggestions to make it even better. We have rented a beach house..small wedding and it will be on the beach..maybe 30 people attending. Never been to Topsail before. Theme is a beach wedding. thanks

For a wedding supper, get reservations for II Beauchaine's. Best food on the island.

I have been vacationing on Topsail Island for forty years and very much recommend the place.

Things have changed at Beauchaines over the years and it has gone downhill to put it mildly.I would not reccomend it to anybody.And I hate to bash the other places but after having worked in a couple of the finer places here,Iwould not feed my dog leftovers from any of them.

Actually, when visiting Topsail in October of 2007 I had two very profoundly mediocre meals and did not see the woman who is part-owner-Patrice. Upon looking at the II Beauchaines website, a reference is made of a certain chef returning. So I will give them one more chance. But if the food is as it was last fall, it will be my last visit.

Was it a good wedding? How did things turn out?
