Too Many Choices--Please Help

I know I really should post this on the international message boards, but I have too many choices. Could you please help me?
We are trying to choose between London, Paris, Puerto Rico, St Thomas, St Lucia, or St. Martin for vacation in February or March. What would be your first choice.
Thanks so much!!

Can you give us at least a couple of clues?

Who/how many are we?

How long do you have?

What kind of budget are you looking at?

What are your interests?

Which - if any - have you been to before (and liked or disliked)?

Otherwise - I may as well stick a pin in a map blindfolded. Or tell you where I want to go - but then you may hate it.

None of the above. If "Sun Vacation" I wld do Aruba. I wld not do London or Paris in Feb/March....too damp/cold.

You need to think about what you want to do -in the islands while there is some sight seeing, you would be doing a lot of sun, beach, etc - in Paris or London more site seeing and running around (I would think) - which are you looking for?

That would be my first question to your family.

We took our kids to St Lucia on March high school break about six years ago and loved it - warm, sunny, swam, slseeping with no windows and birds flying in and out, saw the Pitons, hiked the rainforest, shopped, great fun and food.

We also loved London and Paris, but that was a full day of sight seeing each day, dinner and/or a show and then falling into bed every night.......

We did St. Thomas one year for Christmas last minute. We were there for five days and had a ball. Nice little beach at Frenchmen's Reef, Snuba, snorkeling and boating around the bvi's and usvi's on a private charter (the caves, the indians, the baths), great dinners in St. Thomas, one at the Ritz, and some shopping.

Never been to St. Marin or Puerto Rico so can't help there.

You should go to the carribean board and do searches on the islands mentioned, hop to the euro board and read some posts on london and paris, and decide which type of vacation you want.

Paris would always be my first choice, but I am going to the Caribbean this February myself to St. Maarten & Montserrat. So give us some help, please.

I'd pick St.Thomas as it's the only place on your list that I've not been too but having said that I'm going to London in February!

I live in the N.E. so generally I'd prefer to go somewhere warm in Feb and all the places you mention will probably be warmer than Massachusetts ....

Because I have not been to Paris in 7 years, it would be Paris, damp weather or not, but I'm not you.

Do you want a beach vacation or a trip to Europe?

I do both, alternating, depending on my mood and the season.

For me in February I will go to either Waikiki or Puerto Vallarta.
