Tombstone tops my list as the biggest tourist trap in disguise I have ever visited. At places like South-of-the-Border you know what you are getting into. Southern Arizona is an amazing place. I would not make a road trip to just visit Tombstone, nor would I suggest even stopping for lunch (worst tourist food in all of AZ). I know this may sound a bit harsh, but you picked a sore spot in my travel history to inquire about.
