There was an episode of "King of the Hill" that dealt with this very subject. <BR> <BR>It costs more in water to flush 15 times than to just keep the higher flow toilet. <BR>

I just installed the new 1.6 American Standard Cadet, which was maybe $125. You should listen to that baby purr. Smooth as butter, and never a second flush. Available at Home Depot.

I just want my crap to go down in one smooth flush, I don't care what kind of crapper it is. The Gov. shouldn't be telling us law abiding citizens what to do in our bathrooms. What's next recycled toilet paper?
