To SeeTheWorld re NH coast

For some reason I can't post to the original thread any more. Just wanted to share the following:

Here's something:

I found that on in Stratham. It says "waterfront" at $339K... this could be the deal of the century, even if the "waterfront" is a bit of trickle or marsh.

As Bloody Mary says, "If you don't have a dream, how you gonna make a dream come true?"

Are you interested in Mass, NH, or southern Maine? School aged kids or summer/retirement home?

By the way, I've heard it said that Rye is THE most expensive real estate per square foot in the country. Now, of course, California mansions and estates in the Hamptons cost more. BUT, the scarcity of shoreline in New Hampshire, makes the cost per square foot of these gorgeous oceanfront places, and little cottages, go through the roof.

I didn't look at the link but Stratham is not on the Seacoast, it's about 15 miles inland. Not sure what the waterfront is but it isn't the ocean. Although Stratham is a nice town.
