I am working on a light hearted book about life up here, and some days, I forget to leave it on the computer! J.

I will return with each and every, and ANY opportunity I get. We are planning an 07 trip now. My DH could only take his vacation in late fall this year and he didn't want a "winter" trip, as he calls it. But at least I managed to talk him into Yellowstone/Tetons. Would love to hear about your book!

Okay, J, what are we looking at in terms of prices for house with view in Homer? What's your recommendation? Tell me more . . . what I need to know/do. I have to work on DH and need info. Thanks!

I found this finally.. and to answer your Homer Q., shoot girl, three years ago, we sold a bluff property which had been my dad's... shame too, since it was right at the bottom of the hill(before the guardrail) overlooking the bluff. We let it go for a song, as it needed some work, but did have another 3 acres adjacent with a terrific building site...
Anyhow, to be on Diamond Ridge, or East Hill road and West Hill, start saving. Prices have gone way up in the cosmic hamlet by the sea.
Depending on what you want, of course.
I do have a good friend who has lots for sale off of West Hill road. I can check and see..
