Time Needed At Long Beach Airport
 

My son and I have a 2 PM flight out of LGB on a Monday afternoon. Normally I check the TSA web site to find out average wait times, but they don't have any information for LGB. Not wanting to miss our flight, but also not wanting to sit at LGB for 2 hours, what is a realistic time to show up for a 2 PM departure??

Maybe add a half hour to that if you want. I haven't used LGB since the gel/liquid carry on ban started.

I f you check-in from home/hotel, one hour is plenty of time even if you only have to check luggage. Bring food with you--food choices are very limited.
